Please be aware, we do not refund tickets before the conference day, so once you have paid for your ticket if you are unable to attend the conference, we would advise you to offer it to someone else. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about the conference itself after attending, we will do everything we can do rectify the complaint and will of course discuss a full refund with you.
